This place was so so nice! My dog is a little reactive with other dogs and this was perfect. The space is really big and with it being fenced I didn’t have to worry so my dog got to run around freely. The table under the tree was nice and shady. I definitely recommend if you want a big space.

MIRACULOUS. This place is just so dreamy for our dogs. We had so much fun!! The owners are so nice, the property is quiet and beautiful and spacious. Lots of room for two large dogs to run and play to their hearts’ content. (One note: it is remote so write down directions before you go - cell phone/ navigation reception is spotty.)

Although this place is gorgeous, quiet, peaceful and so much fun for my dog, I wish we had known ahead of time that we would lose service up there. Also we had trouble finding the path down to the creek. We were skeptical to walk some paths since we noticed “property line” signs in a few places. It would be nice to maybe have signs directing people down to the creek :) other than this, we had a blast celebrating our dog’s birthday. Thank you to the owners for sharing this gem and allowing us to visit<3

We had an amazing time at Choice Avocado farm! My dog is dog-reactive and it can be very challenging to find safe places to go on an adventure that won't stress her out. This spot was definitely worth the drive! She has one dog friend and they were both able to play safely off-leash and really run around at full speed. It was great to see to her cut loose and have fun.

What a great space to let our 3 pups roam and be free. The property has many little trials to explore and enjoy. We felt safe and our dogs were secure while on the property. We drove 90 minutes not knowing what to expect, except for the other reviews. It was worth the drive and we will be visiting again soon.

It was an adventure getting there but oh so worth it! Dogs had an amazing time on the trail, lots of places to explore off leash. Very beautiful. The humans enjoyed the trail too. Steep in some parts but mostly easy walk. Will definitely be back to this one!

The host was very responsive! This property is so beautiful and our German shepherd had such a great time running through all the open land. This is a huge place and we will definitely be back to continue exploring. and I feel very grateful for this Sniff Spot.

You most likely will lose GPS so take a screenshot of the directions. We were late and because they did not have someone coming after us till later they let us stay longer.

An amazing place! My dog had a blast! We reserved for 2 hours and it went by super fast. Definitely will be visiting again! Host was very friendly and responsive. A little tricky to get there but the detailed directions the host provides definitely helped. I’d say this place was well worth the money.

We had a fun morning exploring the trails. The directions were detailed and precise. Super helpful! The owners were very kind and hospitable upon meeting them at our departure. Overall we had a great experience with our first Sniffspot visit. Thank you for opening your property to dog owners but especially those of us with reactive dogs. Delightful not to have to worry about other dogs while exploring nature. Our pups Knox and Oaklie thank you as well. Most importantly we know they thoroughly enjoyed their time. Our drive from Orange County was worth it.

AMAZING experience for my dog and I! 💕🦮🥑🌳🐾 To have twenty fenced acres with gorgeous trails to safely roam in unbelievable beauty was surreal! It was the best gift for my dog and I. Highly recommend! The hostess gave wonderful directions and we will definitely be back! 🙌❤️ Bring a traveling water bottle and collapsible bowl for your dog. 💙

We absolutely loved this David & Alma’s beautiful Sniffspot! The drive to their location was stunning and very picturesque as is their specific location. They provided excellent directions and included very helpful photos as guides. The trails were wonderful and we had loads of fun. My dog had a blast and took it upon himself to find nice shady spots to rest in along the way. Unfortunately we were not able to make it to the creek because my dog was overheating, but definitely next time! They were so kind, responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this spot! Bring lots of water and good shoes! If you have hiking poles, they may be helpful. Beautiful beautiful spot!

Beautiful drive to the ranch, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Nice to have all the hiking trails to ourselves for off leash adventures. We added avocado picking and the fresh lemonade was the best treat after the hike back! We will definitely make this a regular visit!
